The results are in… and we’ve scored a few goals!
How we are making sure we improve
Over the past month we’ve received a wealth of feedback through our Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey – everything from the way we market our products and services to the support that we provide has been evaluated.
We’ve had the opportunity to put this information together and now we’re bringing it straight to you. Here’s what this year’s survey uncovered:
- You and your organisation: What services are you currently using and what are the main challenges that you face?
- Our Products and Services: How do you rate them and how do we actually stack up against our competitors?
- Our Customer Support: Do we respond to your queries in a timely and knowledgeable manner? how easy are we to do business with?
- Our Company: How do you rate the content and education we provide? What do we do well and what could we be doing better?
- THE BIG ONES: Find out how our nearest and dearest describe us as a company and what % are willing to refer us to their friends and colleagues!
