Required Ports and IP Addresses | Web Conferencing Guides
Check that you satisfy the minimum system requirements and have the correct IP ports and addresses. Should you have any issues, please do not hesitate to give our Sydney support team a call at 1800 733 416.
This document details the Ports and IP addresses required for a restricted network to allow access to our service. In most circumstances, these Ports and IP address are not required by security devices and would be dynamically used by firewalls as they are requested by the user (outbound). Please note that Private Label Customers will require different IP Addresses.
IP Ports required for Web Conferencing
- Web Conferencing: Port 80, Port 443 (SSL)
- Video: Port 1935 (default Port)
- Screen Sharing: Any port > 1200

NOTE: Please add all IP’s to ensure full availability of the service.
Personal Firewalls will typically automatically allow access on FIRST time use. The users must allow the presenter software (only required when sharing a desktop) to use the screen sharing.
