What is the Outlook Calendar Plugin?
The Outlook Calendar Plugin allows you to automatically insert your Teleconference, Web Conference or Video Conference details directly into your Outlook Calendar invitation with the single click of a button.

How to download
The Redback Outlook Calendar Plugin can be downloaded from your Account Management Portal (AMP).

To access your AMP, please go to the Redback home page www.redbackconferencing.com.au and then click on the button in the upper right hand corner titled “My Account”.

Enter your user ID and password, and then click on Submit

Sign-In

If you have misplaced or forgotten your user ID and password, click on Forgot Password.

Next, click on Outlook Calendar Plugin located in the left panel

Scroll down and click the green Download button and follow the prompts to install the outlook plugin

Once installed, simply restart Outlook and the Redback Conferencing icon will appear in your Meeting Invitation Toolbar

Then, click the Login button

Now, enter your Account Management Portal User ID and Password and then press OK

You are now ready to choose the Conferencing codes you wish to have inserted into your meeting templates.

Simply visit the App Store or Google Play, search for ‘Webinato’ and then install the Application. Once the free Application has been installed, switch your device off and then turn it back on. You can now access the online conference via your standard browser without the need to open the Webinato Application again.

To join a web conference, go to www.redbackconferencing.com.au and select ‘Join a Web Conference’.

Accessing your AMP
To access your Account Management Portal go to the Redback home page, www.redbackconferencing.com.au and then click on then icon in the upper right hand corner titled My Account.

Enter your user ID and password, and then click on Submit.

My Account
The Account Manager section allows you to update your profile and view and edit all organiser codes assigned to you. Here you have access to your Profile and Conference Settings.

Profile
Click on the Profile link to access your personal information. Here you are able to change your login details and update your personal information.

Conference Settings

The Conference Settings section allows you to add and access all conferences setup under your name. Click on the link to view a list of all conferences based upon the following:

  • Conference Name
  • Organiser Code
  • Pass Code

Conference Detail: Here you can view all conference settings associated with your organiser code. Use the drop down boxes to edit and then click on Update Conference Detail. Please see below for an explanation of features.

Clicking on the Select link allows you to view your setup details and edit your settings.

Moderator Information allows you to view and edit your name, department and status.

The Invoice Summary section allows you view your invoices and download and export basic and extensive reports.

Validate your Invoice
Validating your invoice allows you to take reporting one step further. Select this option to download one of four reports in either an XLS or CSV file.

Simply select the month you wish to view from the drop down box, the file you wish to export and then Download.

    Provides a spreadsheet detailing totals by Department
  • Summary of Services Report:
    Contains totals for teleconferencing, web conferencing and miscellaneous charges

    Provides details per conference call in raw format
