You’re not alone! 100% attendance at any event is extremely rare and we’re sorry to say, you’re looking at around 40-50% at a free webinar or webcast.

People are time poor and there is now huge demand for on-demand content (see what we did there?) People want what they want – when they want.

However, there’s always a silver lining. You can make the most of these situations and appeal to those who don’t attend live, here’s how:

Create an On-Demand Hosting Page

Once you have a collection of amazing online events create a video page that will allow your audience to view your webinars whenever they please. You can also include registration fields on the page which will give you the ability to capture data and report on viewing times.

Create a YouTube Channel

Want anyone to be able to view your on-demand events? Creating a channel is a great way to promote your previous webinars and webcasts, increase exposure for your organisation and enhance your online presence through Google.

Uploading your videos to YouTube also gives you the ability to embed them into your website in just a few simple steps.

Create a Promo Reel

Invest a little extra on editing your recordings and break down your video content into segments. This will allow you to post and share more than once and let’s be honest, a 5-10 minute video is a lot less to commit to than a 60 minute video. Posting links on your email signatures is a great way to use these short snippets.
